Key responsibilities

The role has the following key responsibilities:

  • Plan for success - create and execute a business plan that supports our company strategy for your geographical region
  • Prospecting - generate prospects, qualify and build a healthy new business opportunity pipeline through networking, outbound calling, emailing, marketing campaigns
  • Attend trade show events - these trade shows and conferences can be anywhere on the globe
  • Sales execution – meet client acquisition and revenue targets
  • Pipeline management and accurate forecasting - manage opportunities through pipeline stages ensuring quantity, quality and velocity of opportunities meet your plan’s objectives and targets
  • Attend and contribute to sales meetings - by being prepared, engaged and supportive of your peers
  • Represent Nui - uphold Nui’s values and represent our brand accordingly

Key skills and competencies

For this to be the right job for you, you'll need to have the following demonstrable experiences:

  • A strong dairy industry network
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal) and at least one of French, German, Dutch or Spanish
  • A background in primary sector trade and corporate technology with a deep understanding of sector trends, their application and relevance to clients.
  • Commercially credible with acumen to engage with C level executives and a strong problem solving orientation
  • Experience selling strategic solutions to complex organisations
  • A successful sales track record, possessing the skills, methods, techniques and experience across the sales cycle, including prospecting, relationship and opportunity development, qualification, negotiation and closing deals
  • A scientist of CRM tools, pipeline cadence and accurate forecasting
  • Strong presentation skills (both verbal and written)
  • A compelling presenter and story teller, as well as an articulate communicator both verbal and written, including proposal writing and responding to competitive tenders
  • An understanding of the intricacies of international travel and streetwise to cultural protocols
  • Self starter that is energetic, has a high beat rate, can work independently and make good decisions and is motivated by targets and success
  • An unrelenting focus on customers

We also want to hire a talented person with an entrepreneurial spirit who can quickly understand, align with, and increasingly contribute to Nui's strategy and future success.

Where?

Nui is a global company with employees spread across the world. However, as a critical part of the team, the successful candidate will need to be based in Europe. As a result, some overseas travel will be required.
