Participation Agreement

To participate in (and/or claim a prize) in the Tackle a Tui promotion (Promotion) you must be a New Zealand resident aged 18 years or over. By signing this form you acknowledge that you have the capacity to take part in the Tackle-a-Tui promotion and do not have any pre-existing medical conditions that could mean participating in the Promotion is dangerous to your health.

By participating in the Promotion, you consent to the use of your name and photograph for any promotional purposes carried out by the Tui and the Promoter.
