Getting ready and reading your recipes

First make sure you have all the ingredients and tools you need for your recipe. If you are using the oven, turn it on and allow it to heat up to the correct temperature before you put in your dish.

Look carefully at your recipe:

  • 1tsp = one teaspoon
  • 1tsbp = one tablespoon
  • 1 g = one gram
  • 1 kg = one kilogram
  • 1 ml = one milliliter
